Service scope
GuidedForms is an independent paperwork preparation tool. It is not a law firm or government agency and does not give legal advice, decide eligibility, guarantee approval, or file applications.
Reviewing your work
You are responsible for checking entered and extracted information against original documents, completing applicable manual fields, signing, and using the current official filing instructions. Automated checks are limited and do not establish filing readiness.
Accounts and information
Use only information and documents you are authorized to handle. Keep your credentials private, check case permissions, and do not upload malicious files or misuse another person’s account.
Beta pricing
Preparation, supported checks, and draft downloads are free during beta for individuals, independent providers, and firms. Government fees and legal services are separate. We will disclose future prices before asking for payment.
Service changes
Beta features and form coverage may change. Keep your own copies of important drafts and documents. Check current support and official instructions each time you prepare a form.
Ending your use
You can stop using GuidedForms and request deletion through Account security. Shared case records remain subject to their responsible owner’s review.
